Making the decision to quit your job for long-term travel is difficult. But putting that decision into action is even harder.

I remember the run up to my first RTW trip (which actually only ended up being around New Zealand and Southeast Asia). A long, 2 year slog of paying off my debts and saving every penny.

Staying motivated and committed to my dream was no easy feat. But it was definitely worth it.
